    My Experience with B12 and Weight Loss

    I have taken b 12 shots on two occasions for weight loss and both times I experienced dramatic results.  On the first occasion, I lost 36 pounds in 6 weeks.  On the second occasion (five years later) I lost 20 pounds in less than a month.  Both times I kept the weight off for quite some time.  Both times I followed a very low calorie diet and exercised.  (Remember, vitamin b12 weight loss isn’t about doing nothing!)

    I know that their was more to it than taking a b12 shot, but I have to say that I do believe that the b12 played a major role.  I know that I feel better when I take a b12 shot – perhaps my body has absorption issues, I don’t know.
